There's nothing quite like the aroma of freshly baked Gingerbread wafting through the air signalling the start of the festive season.

For over the past 15 years, I've been baking and decorating Gingerbread houses which started as gifts for family and friends.

All my gingerbread is freshly baked from scratch with no preservatives or artificial flavours ensuring they not only look great but taste even better.

They're all uniquely decorated with love and the utmost care with only high quality candy utilized and keen attention to the smallest detail.

This is not mass market - they're bespoke and made to order with a limited quantity produced each year.

In December, I also hold fun Gingerbread House Decorating Workshops in Sydney's south east Botany as well as catering for Corporate End-Of-Year Staff Bonding Workshops popping into workplaces to spread the festive cheer.
